BSCO Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your BSCO purchase. Returns are accepted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase for all items bought directly from the BSCO website.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn and unwashed, and returned in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

For BSCO members, return shipping is free. For non-members, a $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties/import taxes, and any additional fees related to the return process.

Please note that original shipping charges, duties, import taxes, and transaction or exchange fees are non-refundable, including those related to returned items.

If you're not completely satisfied with your first pair for any reason, we’ll make it right — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first-ever, single pair of BSCO underwear and must be claimed within 30 days of purchase.
